Shipping policy

Processing times

All orders are shipped from Ukraine. We will process and ship your orders within 1-3 business days (with some adjustments depending on the situation in our country).

We ship via a shipping partner who takes our packages to shipping companies, so after we ship your order and get a tracking number for it, it may take a few days until tracking status updates - this is normal.

Delivery options:

GLS: Standard economic shipping for most EU countries, flat rate for most packages but several rates based on zone, average delivery times.

DHL: Express air shipping available everywhere, fastest but more expensive option. Flat rate for most packages.

Ukrposhta PRIME: International air shipping from Ukrainian national post service. Low cost, relatively fast shipping. PRIME is an international collaboration between postal operators specially for e-commerce, so the packages are more or less fast-tracked through customs in countries supporting this method. Here's also recent real shipping times for most popular countries from our postal operator.

    USPS: available in the US, Canada, Israel, Mexico, Argentina,  Colombia, Brazil and Chile, and some destinations in Africa; economy option, rate depends on package weight.

      Nova Global: Ukrainian international shipping company, currently only available in Mexico, Germany and the UK. Moderately priced, rate depends on package weight.

      All orders are provided with a tracking number so you can track their progress on the way to you, using services such as 17ctrack.net.

       

      For EU customers: VAT and IOSS

      For orders under 150 EUR: Simplest process - we'll collect VAT during checkout via IOSS scheme so you don't have to pay it upon receiving in your country and your package arrives without delays.

      For orders over 150 EUR: A DDP (duties paid) option is available with DHL shipping for a fee of $22 (DHL collects this as brokerage fee), but we will need to edit your order and the final order amount will be known after that. 

      So, for our EU buyers, if you want to place an order over 150 EUR, we recommend that you either:

      • contact us beforehand and we'll help you create a custom order

      or:

      • place several smaller orders under 150 EUR on one recipient - we'll ship them with a couple days interval so they don't end up in customs in one day
      • place several smaller orders under 150 EUR on different recipients - then we can ship them at once

       

      Tracking status

      Orders made with USPS will not show up on tracking until they arrive into the US as USPS does not pick them up before that. We are sorry for the inconvenience and ask you to trust that your package is okay and on its way to you.

       

      Orders made with GLS will not show up on tracking until they arrive into Poland, where the nearest GLS warehouse is located. They also sometimes get delayed by a few days due to national holidays in Poland. Please wait patiently until they show up on tracking.

      Shipping restrictions

      We currently can't, or won't, ship to:

      • Russia and Belarus: obviously. We also won't ship to any other country that openly participates in hostilities against Ukraine.
      • Isle of Man and Kosovo: please give us some time to figure out a reliable shipping option for you;
      • Palestinian Territories: we would like to ship to you, but our shipping provider does not support Palestine as a destination for now - this may change in the future, and we will try to find a reliable shipping option for you as soon as we can;
