Return & Replacement Policy

At uDevices, we want to help you resolve any issues you might have with our products quickly and easily. Here’s how we handle returns and replacements:

1. Troubleshooting First

If you’re having trouble with a device:

  • Reach out to us via hi@udevices.io or on Discord (Discord is faster and more casual).
  • Tell us what’s wrong and if you’ve tried troubleshooting it. We’ll work with you to figure out if we can fix the issue remotely.
    • If we can fix it, great! This might take a little time as we juggle our workload, but we’re here to help.
    • If not, and the product is defective, we’ll ask you to send it back.

2. Returns & Replacements

  • If we can’t fix the issue remotely, we’ll ask you to return the device. You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, but we’ll suggest the cheapest shipping option for your location (e.g., USPS if you’re in the U.S., GLS for the EU).
  • Once we receive the faulty product, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Alternatively, if you’re absolutely sure the product is faulty, you can ask for a replacement right away, though we recommend checking thoroughly to avoid unnecessary shipping.
  • Please provide tracking info when you send back a return, and let us know when your replacement arrives!

3. EU Customers: 14-Day Return Policy

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to return your product for any reason within 14 days of receiving it:

  • We’ll issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) once the product is returned in its original condition.
  • You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping, but we’re happy to help you find an economical option.
  • We recommend reaching out to us first, as we may be able to solve the issue without needing a return!

4. Customers Outside the EU

For customers outside the EU, we follow a similar approach:

  • If your product is faulty and we can’t fix it remotely, we’ll ask you to return it (you’ll cover the return shipping).
  • We’ll ship you a free replacement once we receive the faulty item.
  • Refunds are generally not provided unless required by local regulations, but we’ll work with you to make things right!
